Elections for Members of the AVICOM Board<\/span><\/p>\n

We are quickly arriving at the end of the term for the current members and officers of the AVICOM Board. The regular term for a Board member is three (3) years but we have adjusted the period for the current Board (they were installed in December, 2013) to a slightly shorter term so that the installation of the new Board can coincide with the ICOM General Assembly to be held in Milano in July of 2016.<\/p>\n

There are nine (9) Board positions available: Chairperson (1), Vice-Chairperson (1), Secretary (1), Treasurer (1) and Ordinary (At-Large) Members (5). Those among you who wish to be a candidate to serve on the AVICOM Board are asked to submit, before 02 May, 2016 a completed candidature form as well as a biography of 10 lines (maximum length), a CV and a recent photo. You must also indicate which Board Position you wish to be considered for: Chairperson (1), Vice-Chairperson (1), Secretary (1), Treasurer (1) or Ordinary (At-Large) Member (5).<\/p>\n

These applications will be collected and validated by the Election Officer.<\/p>\n

The candidate must be compliant with and agree to the following qualifications and conditions:<\/b>
Condition 1<\/b>: The nominee must be a member of AVICOM in good standing and current in the payment of his or her ICOM membership dues for 2016.
Condition 2<\/b>: The nominee must be willing and able to serve as a member of the AVICOM Board. The candidate must acknowledge that he or she will be responsible for all expenses, including travel, related to his or her position if elected. For planning purposes, you should assume physical attendance to at least two Board meetings per year. Typically, the June meeting is held in Paris in conjunction with the ICOM General Assembly and a Fall meeting is held in another city, usually in Europe. In addition, there may be other meetings, symposia and conferences that will require your attendance.
Condition 3<\/b>: Existing Board Members who are serving their first term can be nominated and elected to one (1) additional term for a total of two (2) consecutive terms. A member of the Board may be subsequently elected as Chairperson for a maximum of two (2) additional terms.
Condition 4<\/b>: The following individuals are ineligible for membership of the AVICOM Board:
– Individuals employed by the ICOM Secretariat or one of its Committees.
– Former employees of the ICOM Secretariat or one of its Committees.
These individuals shall be ineligible for two (2) years after the expiry or termination of their contract. \u201cEmployee\u201d refers to an individual who carries out functions for the ICOM Secretariat or one of its Committees and who receives compensation for these functions. <\/p>\n

We should also note that, according to the Internal Rules that govern AVICOM, no more than two Board Members may be from any one Country. If more than two individuals from any one country are nominated, only the two individuals with the greatest number of votes shall be eligible to serve.<\/p>\n

Nous arrivons \u00e0 terme du mandat pour les membres actuels du bureau du comit\u00e9 AVICOM. Le terme r\u00e9gulier pour un membre du bureau est de trois (3) ans, mais nous avons ajust\u00e9 la p\u00e9riode pour le bureau actuel (d\u00e9sign\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2013) \u00e0 une dur\u00e9e l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus courte afin que l’installation du nouveau bureau puisse co\u00efncider avec l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019ICOM qui se tiendra \u00e0 Milan en Juillet 2016.<\/p>\n

Il y a neuf places (9) \u00e0 pourvoir au bureau AVICOM: Pr\u00e9sident (1), Vice-pr\u00e9sident (1), Secr\u00e9taire (1), Tr\u00e9sorier (1) et membres actifs au sens large (5). Ceux d’entre vous qui souhaitent poser votre candidature pour si\u00e9ger au bureau AVICOM sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre, avant le 2 mai 2016, un formulaire de candidature ainsi que d’une biographie de 10 lignes (longueur maximale), un CV et une photo r\u00e9cente. Vous devez \u00e9galement indiquer quel poste vous souhaiteriez occuper : Pr\u00e9sident (1), Vice-pr\u00e9sident (1), Secr\u00e9taire (1), tr\u00e9sorier (1) ou membres actif (5).<\/p>\n

La candidature doit \u00eatre conforme aux qualifications et aux conditions suivantes:<\/b>
Condition 1:<\/b> Le candidat doit \u00eatre un membre d’AVICOM en r\u00e8gle et \u00e0 jour dans le paiement de ses cotisations de l’ICOM pour 2016.
Condition 2:<\/b> Le candidat doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat et capable de servir en tant que membre du conseil d’administration d’AVICOM de mani\u00e8re b\u00e9n\u00e9vole. Le candidat doit reconna\u00eetre qu’il ou elle sera responsable de toutes les d\u00e9penses, y compris voyages, li\u00e9es \u00e0 son poste si il ou elle est \u00e9lue. A toutes fins utiles, vous devez supposer que la pr\u00e9sence physique des membres du bureau est requise \u00e0 au moins deux r\u00e9unions du bureau par an. Typiquement, la r\u00e9union Juin 2015 s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 Paris en marge de l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l’ICOM et la r\u00e9union d’automne a eu lieu \u00e0 Budapest. En outre, il peut y avoir d’autres r\u00e9unions, colloques et conf\u00e9rences qui n\u00e9cessitent votre pr\u00e9sence.
Condition 3:<\/b> Les membres du bureau qui occupent leur premier mandat peuvent \u00eatre nomm\u00e9s et \u00e9lus \u00e0 un (1) mandat suppl\u00e9mentaire pour un total de deux (2) mandats cons\u00e9cutifs. Un membre du Conseil peut \u00eatre \u00e9lu par la suite en tant que Pr\u00e9sident pour un maximum de deux (2) mandats suppl\u00e9mentaires.
Condition 4<\/b>: Les personnes suivantes ne sont pas admissibles \u00e0 l’adh\u00e9sion du Conseil AVICOM:
– Les personnes employ\u00e9es par le Secr\u00e9tariat de l’ICOM ou un de ses comit\u00e9s.
– Les anciens employ\u00e9s du Secr\u00e9tariat de l’ICOM ou l’un de ses comit\u00e9s.
Ces personnes ne sont pas admissibles pour les deux (2) ans apr\u00e8s l’expiration ou la r\u00e9siliation de leur contrat. \u00abEmploy\u00e9\u00bb d\u00e9signe une personne qui exerce des fonctions pour le Secr\u00e9tariat de l’ICOM ou un de ses comit\u00e9s, et qui re\u00e7oit une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour ces fonctions.<\/p>\n

Die Wahlen f\u00fcr die Mitglieder des Vorstands vom AVICOM<\/b><\/p>\n

Wir kommen bald zum Ende der Laufzeit der derzeitigen Mitglieder und Funktion\u00e4re des AVICOM Vorstands. Die regul\u00e4re Amtszeit f\u00fcr ein Vorstandsmitglied betr\u00e4gt etwa drei (3) Jahre, aber wir haben die Zeitdauer des aktuellen Bords (die im Dezember 2013 installiert wurde) auf eine etwas k\u00fcrzere Laufzeit eingestellt, wodurch die Installation des neuen Vorstands gleichzeitig mit dem Generalversammlung des ICOM, d. h. im Juli 2016 in Mailand stattfinden kann.<\/p>\n

Es sind neun (9) Bordpositionen vorhanden: Vorsitzende Person (1), stellv. vorsitzende Person (1), Sekret\u00e4r (1), Treasurer (1) und ordentliche (At-Large) Mitglieder (5). Diejenigen, die Kandidaten zum AVICOM Bord sein m\u00f6chten, sind gebeten, vor dem 2. M a i\u00a0 2 0 1 6\u00a0 ein ausgef\u00fclltes Bewerbungsformular sowie eine Biographie von 10 Zeilen (maximale L\u00e4nge), einen CV und ein aktuelles Foto zu schicken. Sie m\u00fcssen auch angeben, welche Position sie bekleiden m\u00f6chten: Vorsitzende Person (1), stellv. vorsitzende Person (1), Sekret\u00e4r (1), Treasurer (1) oder ordentliches (At-Large) Mitglied (5).<\/p>\n

Diese Applikationen werden von dem Leiter der Wahlen gesammelt und \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n

Der Kandidat muss kompatibel sein mit den und stimmen zu den folgenden Qualifikationen und Voraussetzungen:
V o r a u s s e t z u n g\u00a0 1: Der Kandidat muss ein Mitglied des AVICOM in gutem Ansehen und Strom in der Zahlung seiner ICOM Mitgliedsbeitr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr 2016 sein.
V o r a u s s e t z u n g\u00a0 2: Der Kandidat muss bereit und in der Lage sein, als Mitglied des AVICOM Vorstands begr\u00fc\u00dfen zu d\u00fcrfen. Der Kandidat muss akzeptieren, dass er oder sie f\u00fcr alle Ausgaben, einschlie\u00dflich Reisen, auf seine\/ihre Position bezogen, wenn gew\u00e4hlt, verantwortlich ist. F\u00fcr Planungszwecke sollten Sie physische Teilnahme an mindestens zwei Sitzungen pro Jahr zu \u00fcbernehmen. So wird die Juni-Sitzung in Paris in Verbindung mit der ICOM-Generalversammlung abgehalten und eine Herbsttagung findet in einer anderen Stadt in der Regel in Europa statt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann es weitere Tagungen, Symposien und Konferenzen geben, wo seine\/ihre Teilnahme erforderlich sein wird.
V o r a u s s e t z u n g\u00a0 3: Die jetzigen Vorstandsmitglieder, die ihre erste Amtszeit betreuen, k\u00f6nnen auf einen (1) zus\u00e4tzlichen Term nominiert, d. h. f\u00fcr insgesamt zwei (2) aufeinanderfolgende Amtszeiten gew\u00e4hlt werden.
V o r a u s s e t z u n g 4: Die folgenden Personen sind nicht w\u00e4hlbar f\u00fcr eine Mitgliedschaft des AVICOM Bord:
\u2013 Amtstr\u00e4ger des ICOM-Sekretariats, oder einer seiner Aussch\u00fcsse
\u2013 Ehemaliger Mitarbeiter des ICOM-Sekretariats, oder einer seiner Aussch\u00fcsse.
Diese Personen sind f\u00fcr zwei (2) Jahre nach dem Ablauf oder nach der Beendigung ihres Vertrags nicht w\u00e4hlbar.
\u201eMitarbeiter\u201d bezeichnet eine Person, die Funktionen f\u00fcr das ICOM-Sekretariat, oder f\u00fcr eine ihrer Aussch\u00fcsse aus\u00fcbt, und die f\u00fcr diese Funktionen Kompensation erh\u00e4lt.

Wir sollten auch beachten, dass laut der Gesch\u00e4ftsordnung des AVICOM aus einem Land nicht mehr als zwei Personen Vorstandsmitglieder werden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn mehr als zwei Personen aus einem Land nominiert werden, k\u00f6nnen nur jene zwei Personen in Betracht kommen, die die meisten Stimmen bekommen.<\/p>\n

Las elecciones para miembros de la Junta AVICOM<\/span><\/p>\n

Estimado miembro de AVICOM: Estamos r\u00e1pidamente OPINIONES llegando al final de la actual legislatura para los oficiales y miembros de la Junta AVICOM. El t\u00e9rmino regular para un miembro de la Junta es de tres (3) a\u00f1os meta que-hemos ajustado el per\u00edodo de la actual Junta (que se instalaron en diciembre de 2013) para un mandato ligeramente cortocircuitando as\u00ed la del que la instalaci\u00f3n de la nueva Junta puede coincidir con el ICOM Asamblea General que se celebrar\u00e1 en Mil\u00e1n en julio de 2016.<\/p>\n

Hay nueve posiciones (9) de la Junta disponibles: Presidente (1), Vicepresidente (1) Secretario (1), Tesorero (1) y ordinario (At-Large) Miembros (5). Entre Quienes usted desea ser un candidato para formar parte del Consejo son AVICOM Pregunta a presentar, antes del 02 de mayo 2016 un formulario completo de solicitud, as\u00ed como una biograf\u00eda de 10 l\u00edneas (longitud m\u00e1xima), un CV y una fotograf\u00eda reciente. Debe indicar aussi indicaci\u00f3n de posici\u00f3n Junta qui usted desea ser considerado para: Presidente (1), Vicepresidente (1) Secretario (1), Tesorero (1) de oro ordinario (At-Large) miembro (5). Estas aplicaciones ser\u00e1n recogidos y validados por el Encargado de Elecciones.<\/p>\n

El candidato debe ser compatible con y para acordar los requisitos y condiciones siguientes:
Condici\u00f3n 1: El candidato debe ser un miembro de pleno derecho de AVICOM y corriente en el pago de su membres\u00eda debido a ICOM 2016.
Condici\u00f3n 2: El candidato debe estar dispuesto y confiable para servir como miembro de la Junta AVICOM. El candidato debe reconocer que \u00e9l o ella ser\u00e1 responsable de todos los gastos, incluidos los viajes, relacionados con su cargo si es elegido. Por Planificaci\u00f3n Prop\u00f3sitos, que deber\u00edas asume la asistencia f\u00edsica a por lo menos dos reuniones de la Junta por a\u00f1o. Por lo general, la reuni\u00f3n de junio se celebr\u00f3 en Par\u00eds en conjunto con la Asamblea General del ICOM y una reuni\u00f3n se celebra en oto\u00f1o Comentarios otra ciudad, por lo general en Europa. Adem\u00e1s, puede haber reuniones dem\u00e1s, simposios y conferencias que requerir\u00e1 su asistencia.
Condici\u00f3n 3: Existente miembros de la Junta que est\u00e1n sirviendo Su primer t\u00e9rmino puede ser nominados y elegidos para un (1) per\u00edodo adicional para un total de dos (2) per\u00edodos consecutivos. Un miembro de la Junta podr\u00e1 ser posteriormente elegido como Presidente para un m\u00e1ximo de dos (2) t\u00e9rminos adicionales.
Condici\u00f3n 4: Los individuos que siguen no son elegibles para ser miembro de la Junta AVICOM:
– Las personas empleadas por la Secretar\u00eda del ICOM o uno de los comit\u00e9s de TIC.
– Capacitaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda del ICOM empleada o uno de los comit\u00e9s de TIC.
Estos individuos `habr\u00e1 impedimento para dos (2) a\u00f1os pareja despu\u00e9s de la expiraci\u00f3n o terminaci\u00f3n de su contrato. “Empleado” se refiere a un individuo que la caries a cabo las funciones de la Secretar\u00eda del ICOM o uno de los comit\u00e9s de las TIC y que recibe de Compensaci\u00f3n para las funciones de tesis.<\/p>\n
