Elections for Members of the AVICOM Board

We are quickly arriving at the end of the term for the current members and officers of the AVICOM Board. The regular term for a Board member is three (3) years but we have adjusted the period for the current Board (they were installed in December, 2013) to a slightly shorter term so that the installation of the new Board can coincide with the ICOM General Assembly to be held in Milano in July of 2016.

There are nine (9) Board positions available: Chairperson (1), Vice-Chairperson (1), Secretary (1), Treasurer (1) and Ordinary (At-Large) Members (5). Those among you who wish to be a candidate to serve on the AVICOM Board are asked to submit, before 02 May, 2016 a completed candidature form as well as a biography of 10 lines (maximum length), a CV and a recent photo. You must also indicate which Board Position you wish to be considered for: Chairperson (1), Vice-Chairperson (1), Secretary (1), Treasurer (1) or Ordinary (At-Large) Member (5).

These applications will be collected and validated by the Election Officer.

The candidate must be compliant with and agree to the following qualifications and conditions:
Condition 1: The nominee must be a member of AVICOM in good standing and current in the payment of his or her ICOM membership dues for 2016.
Condition 2: The nominee must be willing and able to serve as a member of the AVICOM Board. The candidate must acknowledge that he or she will be responsible for all expenses, including travel, related to his or her position if elected. For planning purposes, you should assume physical attendance to at least two Board meetings per year. Typically, the June meeting is held in Paris in conjunction with the ICOM General Assembly and a Fall meeting is held in another city, usually in Europe. In addition, there may be other meetings, symposia and conferences that will require your attendance.
Condition 3: Existing Board Members who are serving their first term can be nominated and elected to one (1) additional term for a total of two (2) consecutive terms. A member of the Board may be subsequently elected as Chairperson for a maximum of two (2) additional terms.
Condition 4: The following individuals are ineligible for membership of the AVICOM Board:
– Individuals employed by the ICOM Secretariat or one of its Committees.
– Former employees of the ICOM Secretariat or one of its Committees.
These individuals shall be ineligible for two (2) years after the expiry or termination of their contract. “Employee” refers to an individual who carries out functions for the ICOM Secretariat or one of its Committees and who receives compensation for these functions.

Election calendar
•    Call for candidates: 01 March 2016.
•    Submission of candidacy for a function: before 2 May 2016.
•    List of candidates sent to the voting members: 16 May 2016.
•    Opening of voting: 20 May 2016.
•    Closure of voting: 31 May 2016.
•    Announcement of the new AVICOM Board: 10 June 2016.
•    Installation of the new Board: At the ICOM General Assembly in July.
We should also note that, according to the Internal Rules that govern AVICOM, no more than two Board Members may be from any one Country. If more than two individuals from any one country are nominated, only the two individuals with the greatest number of votes shall be eligible to serve.

Elections des membres du bureau AVICOM

Nous arrivons à terme du mandat pour les membres actuels du bureau du comité AVICOM. Le terme régulier pour un membre du bureau est de trois (3) ans, mais nous avons ajusté la période pour le bureau actuel (désigné en décembre 2013) à une durée légèrement plus courte afin que l’installation du nouveau bureau puisse coïncider avec l’Assemblée Générale de l’ICOM qui se tiendra à Milan en Juillet 2016.

Il y a neuf places (9) à pourvoir au bureau AVICOM: Président (1), Vice-président (1), Secrétaire (1), Trésorier (1) et membres actifs au sens large (5). Ceux d’entre vous qui souhaitent poser votre candidature pour siéger au bureau AVICOM sont invités à soumettre, avant le 2 mai 2016, un formulaire de candidature ainsi que d’une biographie de 10 lignes (longueur maximale), un CV et une photo récente. Vous devez également indiquer quel poste vous souhaiteriez occuper : Président (1), Vice-président (1), Secrétaire (1), trésorier (1) ou membres actif (5).

Ces demandes seront collectées et validées par le responsable des élections.

La candidature doit être conforme aux qualifications et aux conditions suivantes:
Condition 1: Le candidat doit être un membre d’AVICOM en règle et à jour dans le paiement de ses cotisations de l’ICOM pour 2016.
Condition 2: Le candidat doit être prêt et capable de servir en tant que membre du conseil d’administration d’AVICOM de manière bénévole. Le candidat doit reconnaître qu’il ou elle sera responsable de toutes les dépenses, y compris voyages, liées à son poste si il ou elle est élue. A toutes fins utiles, vous devez supposer que la présence physique des membres du bureau est requise à au moins deux réunions du bureau par an. Typiquement, la réunion Juin 2015 s’est tenue à Paris en marge de l’Assemblée générale de l’ICOM et la réunion d’automne a eu lieu à Budapest. En outre, il peut y avoir d’autres réunions, colloques et conférences qui nécessitent votre présence.
Condition 3: Les membres du bureau qui occupent leur premier mandat peuvent être nommés et élus à un (1) mandat supplémentaire pour un total de deux (2) mandats consécutifs. Un membre du Conseil peut être élu par la suite en tant que Président pour un maximum de deux (2) mandats supplémentaires.
Condition 4: Les personnes suivantes ne sont pas admissibles à l’adhésion du Conseil AVICOM:
– Les personnes employées par le Secrétariat de l’ICOM ou un de ses comités.
– Les anciens employés du Secrétariat de l’ICOM ou l’un de ses comités.
Ces personnes ne sont pas admissibles pour les deux (2) ans après l’expiration ou la résiliation de leur contrat. «Employé» désigne une personne qui exerce des fonctions pour le Secrétariat de l’ICOM ou un de ses comités, et qui reçoit une rémunération pour ces fonctions.

Calendrier :
•    Appel à candidatures : 01 Mars 2016.
•    Soumission de candidature à une fonction:  avant le 2 mai 2016.
•    Liste des candidats envoyé aux membres votants: 16 mai 2016.
•    Ouverture du vote: 20 mai 2016.
•    Clôture du vote: 31 Mai 2016.
•    Annonce du nouveau bureau AVICOM 10 Juin 2016.
•    Installation du nouveau Conseil: lors de l’Assemblée générale de l’ICOM en Juillet.
Notez que, selon les règles internes qui régissent le comité AVICOM, pas plus de deux membres du Conseil ne peuvent provenir du même pays. Si plus de deux personnes d’un même pays sont nommés, seuls les deux individus ayant le plus grand nombre de bulletins de vote seront admis.

Die Wahlen für die Mitglieder des Vorstands vom AVICOM

Wir kommen bald zum Ende der Laufzeit der derzeitigen Mitglieder und Funktionäre des AVICOM Vorstands. Die reguläre Amtszeit für ein Vorstandsmitglied beträgt etwa drei (3) Jahre, aber wir haben die Zeitdauer des aktuellen Bords (die im Dezember 2013 installiert wurde) auf eine etwas kürzere Laufzeit eingestellt, wodurch die Installation des neuen Vorstands gleichzeitig mit dem Generalversammlung des ICOM, d. h. im Juli 2016 in Mailand stattfinden kann.

Es sind neun (9) Bordpositionen vorhanden: Vorsitzende Person (1), stellv. vorsitzende Person (1), Sekretär (1), Treasurer (1) und ordentliche (At-Large) Mitglieder (5). Diejenigen, die Kandidaten zum AVICOM Bord sein möchten, sind gebeten, vor dem 2. M a i  2 0 1 6  ein ausgefülltes Bewerbungsformular sowie eine Biographie von 10 Zeilen (maximale Länge), einen CV und ein aktuelles Foto zu schicken. Sie müssen auch angeben, welche Position sie bekleiden möchten: Vorsitzende Person (1), stellv. vorsitzende Person (1), Sekretär (1), Treasurer (1) oder ordentliches (At-Large) Mitglied (5).

Diese Applikationen werden von dem Leiter der Wahlen gesammelt und überprüft.

Der Kandidat muss kompatibel sein mit den und stimmen zu den folgenden Qualifikationen und Voraussetzungen:
V o r a u s s e t z u n g  1: Der Kandidat muss ein Mitglied des AVICOM in gutem Ansehen und Strom in der Zahlung seiner ICOM Mitgliedsbeiträge für 2016 sein.
V o r a u s s e t z u n g  2: Der Kandidat muss bereit und in der Lage sein, als Mitglied des AVICOM Vorstands begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Kandidat muss akzeptieren, dass er oder sie für alle Ausgaben, einschließlich Reisen, auf seine/ihre Position bezogen, wenn gewählt, verantwortlich ist. Für Planungszwecke sollten Sie physische Teilnahme an mindestens zwei Sitzungen pro Jahr zu übernehmen. So wird die Juni-Sitzung in Paris in Verbindung mit der ICOM-Generalversammlung abgehalten und eine Herbsttagung findet in einer anderen Stadt in der Regel in Europa statt. Darüber hinaus kann es weitere Tagungen, Symposien und Konferenzen geben, wo seine/ihre Teilnahme erforderlich sein wird.
V o r a u s s e t z u n g  3: Die jetzigen Vorstandsmitglieder, die ihre erste Amtszeit betreuen, können auf einen (1) zusätzlichen Term nominiert, d. h. für insgesamt zwei (2) aufeinanderfolgende Amtszeiten gewählt werden.
V o r a u s s e t z u n g 4: Die folgenden Personen sind nicht wählbar für eine Mitgliedschaft des AVICOM Bord:
– Amtsträger des ICOM-Sekretariats, oder einer seiner Ausschüsse
– Ehemaliger Mitarbeiter des ICOM-Sekretariats, oder einer seiner Ausschüsse.
Diese Personen sind für zwei (2) Jahre nach dem Ablauf oder nach der Beendigung ihres Vertrags nicht wählbar.
„Mitarbeiter” bezeichnet eine Person, die Funktionen für das ICOM-Sekretariat, oder für eine ihrer Ausschüsse ausübt, und die für diese Funktionen Kompensation erhält.

•    Aufruf zur Benennung von Kandidaten: 1. März 2016
•    Einreichung der Kandidatur für eine Funktion: 2. Mai 2016
•    Sendung der Kandidatenliste an die wahlberechtigten Mitglieder: 16. Mai 2016
•    Eröffnung der Abstimmung: 20. Mai 2016
•    Abschluss der Abstimmung: 31. Mai 2016
•    Kundgebung des neuen AVICOM Bord: 10. Juni 2016
•    Die Installation des neuen Bord an der ICOM-Generalversammlung im Juli 2016.
Wir sollten auch beachten, dass laut der Geschäftsordnung des AVICOM aus einem Land nicht mehr als zwei Personen Vorstandsmitglieder werden können. Wenn mehr als zwei Personen aus einem Land nominiert werden, können nur jene zwei Personen in Betracht kommen, die die meisten Stimmen bekommen.

Выборы членов совета AVICOM

Трехлетний, установленный правилами AVICOM период деятельности Административного Совета комиссии AVICOM завершается в конце 2016 года, но мы, члены действующего Административного Совета AVICOM, избранные в декабре 2013, приняли решение о сокращении этого срока, чтобы можно было провести выборы нового состава Совета AVICOM во время Генеральной Ассамблеи ИКОМ, которая состоится в Милане в июле 2016.

В нашем Административном Совете есть 9 доступных постов: Президент (1), Вице-президент (1), Секретарь (1), казначей (1) и 5 ординарных членов. Если Вы желаете выдвинуть свою кандидатуру на один из постов в Бюро AVICOM, просим Вас до 2 мая 2016 заполнить прилагаемый бланк кандидата, а также приложить к нему краткую, не более 10 строчек, биографию, CV и недавнюю фотографию. Вы должны также указать, на какую позицию в Административном совете вы предлагаете свою кандидатуру: Президент (1), Вице-президент (1), Секретарь (1), казначей (1) или ординарный член (5).

Эти заявления будут собраны и утверждены лицом, ответственным за выборы нового состава Административного Совета.

Кандидат должен соответствовать следующим условиям:
Условие 1: Кандидат должен быть членом ИКОМ (AVICOM) и оплатить ежегодный взнос за 2016 г.
Условие 2: Кандидат должен быть готов и способен активно работать в качестве члена Административного Совета AVICOM. Кандидат должен быть готов взять на себя все расходы, в том числе оплату транспортных и иных расходов, связанные с его постом, если он будет избран. В практике Административного Совета AVICOM – по меньшей мере на два собрания в год. Обычно, одно собрание проходит в июне в Париже, второе осенью  в другом городе, обычно в Европе. Кроме того, могут быть другие собрания, коллоквиумы и конференции, которые могут потребовать вашего присутствия.
Условие 3: Действующие Члены административного совета, которые впервые получили свой  мандат в 2013, могут быть переизбраны еще на один срок, так как нельзя занимать пост в Административном Совете более двух сроков подряд. Член Административного совета может впоследствии быть избран в качестве Президента AVICOM максимум на два (2) трехгодичных срока.
Условие 4: Следующие люди не могут претендовать на избрание в Административный Совет AVICOM:
– Люди, являющиеся Секретариатом ICOM или одним из его комитетов.
– Бывшие служащие Секретариата ICOM или одного из его комитетов.
Эти лица могут быть избранными в Административный Совет по истечении двухлетнего срока после расторжения своего контракта (под “Служащим” подразумевается лицо, работающий в Секретариате ICOM за вознаграждение).

Избирательный календарь
•    Начало приема заявлений кандидатов – 1 марта 2016.
•    Окончание приема заявлений кандидатов – 2 мая 2016.
•    Рассылка бюллетеня для голосования членам с правом избирательного голоса: 16 мая 2016.

Мы должны также отметить, что, согласно внутренним правилам AVICOM, каждая страна может быть представлена в Административном Совете не более чем 2 (двумя) членами. Если в выборах участвуют более двух представителей от каждой страны, из этих кандидатов будут выбраны двое, набравшие наибольшее число голосов избирателей.

Las elecciones para miembros de la Junta AVICOM

Estimado miembro de AVICOM: Estamos rápidamente OPINIONES llegando al final de la actual legislatura para los oficiales y miembros de la Junta AVICOM. El término regular para un miembro de la Junta es de tres (3) años meta que-hemos ajustado el período de la actual Junta (que se instalaron en diciembre de 2013) para un mandato ligeramente cortocircuitando así la del que la instalación de la nueva Junta puede coincidir con el ICOM Asamblea General que se celebrará en Milán en julio de 2016.

Hay nueve posiciones (9) de la Junta disponibles: Presidente (1), Vicepresidente (1) Secretario (1), Tesorero (1) y ordinario (At-Large) Miembros (5). Entre Quienes usted desea ser un candidato para formar parte del Consejo son AVICOM Pregunta a presentar, antes del 02 de mayo 2016 un formulario completo de solicitud, así como una biografía de 10 líneas (longitud máxima), un CV y una fotografía reciente. Debe indicar aussi indicación de posición Junta qui usted desea ser considerado para: Presidente (1), Vicepresidente (1) Secretario (1), Tesorero (1) de oro ordinario (At-Large) miembro (5). Estas aplicaciones serán recogidos y validados por el Encargado de Elecciones.

El candidato debe ser compatible con y para acordar los requisitos y condiciones siguientes:
Condición 1: El candidato debe ser un miembro de pleno derecho de AVICOM y corriente en el pago de su membresía debido a ICOM 2016.
Condición 2: El candidato debe estar dispuesto y confiable para servir como miembro de la Junta AVICOM. El candidato debe reconocer que él o ella será responsable de todos los gastos, incluidos los viajes, relacionados con su cargo si es elegido. Por Planificación Propósitos, que deberías asume la asistencia física a por lo menos dos reuniones de la Junta por año. Por lo general, la reunión de junio se celebró en París en conjunto con la Asamblea General del ICOM y una reunión se celebra en otoño Comentarios otra ciudad, por lo general en Europa. – Capacitación de la Secretaría del ICOM empleada o uno de los comités de TIC.
Estos individuos `habrá impedimento para dos (2) años pareja después de la expiración o terminación de su contrato. “Empleado” se refiere a un individuo que la caries a cabo las funciones de la Secretaría del ICOM o uno de los comités de las TIC y que recibe de Compensación para las funciones de tesis.

Nos deberes aussi Esa calificación, selon las normas internas que rigen AVICOM, no más de dos miembros del Consejo pueden ser de cualquier país. Si son nominados más de dos individuos de un mismo país, sólo los dos con los números más grandes individuos de votos `serán elegibles para servir.
